APD has sent out rebasing notification letters to all consumers on the budget reduction list.  They have listed what amounts
 they used to make this determination. Time frames used were from 7-1-08 to 6-30-09. Effective date of any reductions to be
in compliance with the reductions required is 2-1-10.  If an appeal for reconsideration or hearing is filed within 10 days
of receipt of notification, then services continue until a determination has been reached.

If you did not yet receive a copy of your letter, it is possible it went to the group home or where ever the consumer actually
lives.  Here is a copy of what APD sent out, minus the actual numbers that are unique to the person.
